The BothyDelights With Charming 'Olde Worlde' Decor, Classic Scottish Menu

OR book a table for another day  The Bothy hides just out of sight of Byres Road in quaint Ruthven Lane. This is the perfect setting for such an equally quaint restaurant, which feels like a dining room from times long gone by. Clearly happy to be Scottish, it often has wait staff in kilts while they serve up fondly remembered classics from Scottish cuisine. Just like Granny used to make. And then it surprises by offering up classics with a more worldly approach, bringing us a 'Scottish-eclectic' menu to please everyone. So you might find a classic like beer battered fish and chips tempting you, along with cheery old macaroni cheese. Perhaps something more European like crayfish risotto sounds good? This place will keep every diner happy. Small wonder it has become something of a fave West End diner.
