Ramshorn Theatrefor First Sight of Emerging Talents in an Intimate Setting
 Ramshorn Theatre today belongs to the University of Strathclyde. But the origins of the stunning Merchant City church it occupies go all the way back to the development of Glasgow, circa 1720. The present Ramshorn (St David's) Kirk was completed in 1824, and the current theatre came to being in April 1992. With such a rich cultural background, this place has a lot to live up to! And it does just that. Home to the University of Strathclyde Drama Centre, students and amateur productions take place in its intimate performance space. In addition, the foyer can take up to 120 guests for quaint musical performances. It often acts as host venue, during larger festivals and events. So you might first visit this striking little venue when taking in shows from the Merchant City Festival, International Comedy Festival or Celtic Connections. Enjoy the show...
