I usually drop in by myself. I pick up the next months GFT reviews and listings booklet at the door, and mark up what I'm gonna see. Then I get on the phone and find out who wants to join me! Before the punters turn up for the early evening movie, and after the lunchers have gone. Peace and quiet rules, and I can have a tasty sandwich, a cup of tea and some time to stick my nose in a book. And it all happens a stones throw from bustling Sauchiehall Street.
