All those small areas at different levels, and some of them only have room for 1, maybe 2, small tables. It makes a cool place to meet up with mates and spend a lazy couple of hours having a chat. Quite often we only mean to stay for a cup of coffee, and end up making a night of it as well... without getting off our bums! It doesn't hurt that the food, service and overall feel of Left Bank are spot on. And of course, there is always plenty to see, floating past those HUGE windows looking onto Gibson Street. Left Bank is my top local place - for a drink or a meal, it never fails.
