 Kings Theatre sits proudly on Bath Street, welcoming excited guests night after night. Playing host to many of the very best shows from London's west end, this super theatre knows how to keep keen crowds of fans happy. First opened in 1904, there have been many exciting events here. Such as being the location for the opening ceremony of Glasgow's year as European City of Culture in 1990, and acting as the perfect home for much loved local talent like Rikki Fulton, Stanley Baxter and Elaine C Smith. Their pantomime every festive season is always one of the best around...;-) The 'big London shows' really pull in the crowds. Tickets for the best Lloyd-Webber musicals fly off the shelves in no time at all... quite right, too. This place makes the perfect theatre to see them.
