 Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum has it all. The imposing gothic red sandstone building is one of Glasgow's best loved icons. With free entrance, it's always busy with locals and visitors enjoying the wide range of pieces on display. These range from a spitfire plane to pieces by local hero Charles Rennie Mackintosh and more modern classic paintings. Available for corporate hire, Kelvingrove also hosts events and is a regular venue for travelling exhibitions. After taking in the sights, take a break in the energetic cafe, then browse the tempting shelves in the shop.
